Entry fee

Amount: Entry fee: 750 euros

Deposit: 500 euros (for equipment loans – e.g. logger – and apartment)

The entry fee must be paid before the end of the individual registration deadline, 15 April 2017 (11 p.m. UTC)

The deposit must be provided at check-in

Included: Hydrogen, sand, water, 2 pilot packs, 1 apartment for 4 people (from Thursday 07/09/17 to Sunday 17/09/17), 4 tickets for the opening ceremony, 4 tickets for the welcome back party, 4 tickets for the closing ceremony and awards banquet, catering on launch day for 4 people

Entry fee refund policy: 750 euros for cancelation before 15 April 2017

500 euros for cancelation between 15 April 2017 and 30 June 2017

No refund for cancelation after 30 June 2017

Invitation

 NACs invited: All eligible National Aero Clubs are invited

Number of entries: Maximum 3 teams for each eligible NAC (max. 25 entrants)

Acceptance of this invitation must be confirmed no later than 31 January 2017 (11 p.m. UTC) using the link below:

Individual registration forms will be sent to competitors on 1 February 2017 (4 p.m. UTC). The forms must be returned and the entry fee paid no later than 15 April 2017 (11 p.m. UTC).
