The Austrian Aeroclub has delegated the organization of the event to the 1. Waldviertler Ballonfahrer Club.

The details of the event are as follows:

Location: Groß-Siegharts (Austria)
Dates: 16th — 17th August: Registration
18th August / 14:00: General Briefing
19th — 24th August: Competition flights AM and PM
25th August: Last competition flight AM (PM if extra flight is needed)
25th August / 20:00: Closing ceremony (26th / 12:00 if extra flight is used)
